Surprise blue belt for Bryan
Last night after training BJJ gi and no-gi grappling, we had our BJJ Advanced crew turn up to help me surprise Bryan Arber with his well-earned blue belt.

This throw has been a favourite of mine since attending weekly Judo classes as a teenager to working pub doors in my early 20s and adapting the entry or outcome into my BJJ journey.
Over the last few years I’ve added some core essential Judo takedowns to the BJJ Fundamentals 2nd stripe white belt grading, and this clip is one of the approaches that adapts to the sport or the street, the training mat or the asphalt.
