What do I bring to my first class?

Water bottle, comfortable clothes with no zips to protect each other and the training surface.

If you have trained before, bring along your gear, otherwise we have you covered.

Do I need to be fit?

You must be in good health to train (just like any gym) but high level of fitness is not required. You can go at your own pace.

When is the best time to start?

Anytime! There are no terms, years or start dates.
