The Kinetic Fighting–Integrated Combat Instructor Course 2020 in Queensland over weekend with this awesome bunch of legends.

The evolution of KEF over the last 5 years is impressive, and yet this weekend we also gained more knowledge on the seed, on which the origins go back over 50 years to John Whipp, who attended and was honoured on Saturday.

So although I’m a thoroughly confident and capable KEF-IC instructor, which has been a direction for added modules in Integrity Combatives, and I’ve adapted some Alpha and Bravo techniques in the Minions Kids classes, to really see the lineage that brings us together here, and the compass that guides us forward is truly humbling.
