Keep it moving with this BJJ flow drill
You don't always have to let the dust settle and submitting becomes the only option.

This throw has been a favourite of mine since attending weekly Judo classes as a teenager to working pub doors in my early 20s and adapting the entry or outcome into my BJJ journey.
Over the last few years I’ve added some core essential Judo takedowns to the BJJ Fundamentals 2nd stripe white belt grading, and this clip is one of the approaches that adapts to the sport or the street, the training mat or the asphalt.
Control the head, hands, and hips for domination or elevation without aggression to secure or submit the other person. Thanks to Nick for being the crash test dummy.
